ProgrammingThe key to providing bundled services in today's competitive telecommunication's and IPTV market is television programming. Licensing television and Interactive content is the linchpin that can stop a telecom TV deployment right in its tracks.Additionally, there is considerable confusion within the telecom industry as to how to properly obtain and negotiate licensing for television programming as well as how to market and support video content products effectively to subscribers. TTC has negotiated direct to programmer licensing for its own direct subscriber systems and the NTTC, National Telco Television Consortium, is negotiating television programming licensing to be made available to Consortium members by Q4 2007. TTC has also negotiated and is continuing to develop licensing opportunities for VOD services and interactive products.
